Equilibrium: A state where there is no tendency to change.
What will you assoicated with in an instant?
My answer will probably be the intersection of demand and supply curves, ie.: the market price that Qd = Qs.
In most of the cases, the market will restore to equilibrium by an invisible hand.
I am wondering if there is equilibrium of life.
After the journey, I sudden recognized that my life is in a mess in terms of work, emotion, friends and even family...bad events happened all at once. It seems like that everything are out of control and lose its balance. I took almost a week to regain my consciousness.
As what've suggested by the therapist, equilibrium of life should be "A state of good condition that all the subsystems on the body are in good shape, while all the organic functions are harmoniously balanced and integrated with each other". To conculded in a simply way, it is the basis of feeling of well being. That's really hard to attain in real life: maintaining the proper balance between different aspects, cope with stress factors, dealing with the mental and emotion disorder...Wouldn't that be possible to happen?
May be I should follow Ah Garet's suggestion to join the Yoga or Meditation class at leisure.
